At least two people died and more than a dozen people were injured Wednesday morning as a result of two multiple-vehicle crashes involving more than a dozen tractor-trailers on Interstate 81 north of Martinsburg, West Virginia State Police said.


Mitchell Duane Dobbins, president of Western Enterprise Fire Co. Engine 4 in Hagerstown, was killed, according to a news release from the fire company and police.
