Victims of multi-vehicle crash on I-75 in Fort Myers ID’d

The Florida Highway Patrol has released the names of the people involved in a Monday night 4-vehicle crash on I-75 near Palm Beach Boulevard that left three people injured.

Troopers say Saksit Luevitoolvetchkij, 22, of Largo, was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Express northbound on I-75 when Luevitoolvetchkij hit standing water, hydroplaned, lost control of the vehicle and entered southbound traffic, colliding with two other vehicles.

One of those vehicles then crashed into a fourth vehicle.

Luevitoolvetchkij was not injured in the crash, but a passenger, identified as 55-year-old Sureepom Luevitoolvetchkij, also of Largo, was transported to Lee Memorial Hospital in serious condition.

A driver of a 2003 Honda Odyssey, identified as 45-year-old Anh Long Thi Le, of Lehigh Acres was also transported to Lee Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.

Henry Tyrone Culpepper, 67, of Texas, was driving a Freightliner PTL and was transported to Gulf Coast Hospital with minor injuries.

Jai A. Pasquale, 37, and Mark Anthony Wallen, 41, both of Fort Myers, were in a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze involved in the crash and were not injured.
