Willis, 39, of Orlando was trying to change lanes from the right travel lane to the right turn lane and pass Katelyn Wilson’s sedan.
When he tried to get back in front of the car, the motorcycle’s tire hit the curb and he lost control.
York fell off the motorcycle and was run over by Wilson’s vehicle near the intersection with Lake Underhill Road.
Willis was not injured. Neither him nor York were wearing helmets.
Diaz said charges are pending.
