Marion man charged with intoxication manslaughter in deadly crash

NEW BRAUNFELS — A New Braunfels woman has died as a result of injuries sustained in a Sunday evening wreck, and Marion man has been charged in her death, police say.

According to a New Braunfels Police Department report, Matthew David Hickey, 28, is charged with two counts of intoxication assault and one count of intoxication manslaughter.
