A truck hauling hay blocked a part of Interstate 86 for a few hours Monday afternoon.
Idaho State Police said Gerardo Rincon, of Ririe, was heading west when his left front tire went flat. It caused him to lose control and hit a guardrail. He then drove through the median and across the east bound lanes into another guardrail.
Rincon was not injured, police said.
It happened at the Seagull Bay exit, east of American Falls.
The crash caused traffic to back up for about 3 hours.
